I have utilized Ur Gadget Doctors for about a year now. I have utilized Norton's and McAfee. Neither of those products ever kept my computer running as smooth as Ur Gadget Doctors. I have my own business and #1, I can't afford to have my computer go down and #2, I don't have the time to go through the diagnostics, scans and processes that you have to do with them. Ur Gadget Doctors does it all for me without me having to deal with it. Once I felt my computer running a little slow. I called them up. Within 30 minutes, I was running smooth again. They are responsive and I can get a REAL person on the phone without taped messages and pressing 1 for this and 5 for that (I hate that). They solve the problem on one call. Well worth the money.
